Logs

The logs section under the administration can be reached by the users who have a ‘super’, ‘administrator’, and 'log-viewer' role (See: https://tim-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/eng/pages/228230965).

The log-viewer can only see the Logs section and has no other admin access in the administration tab. This page provides all the logs which are in the log directory of the server. You can easily access and download the log files without any access requirements to the server. This makes fast access in order to investigate and check when there is an error with your processes.

Open

Name, size, modification date, and download buttons are available for each log. You can also download the logs by simply clicking any area in the row.
