Getting started


Accessing the system

The system is web-based and can be accessed instantly by a company-specific URL via a web browser.

If the correct URL is unknown, the contact person or site administrator must be contacted.


Log into the system

The straightforward login consists of two components: 'Username' and 'Password'.

In general, the system differs between login with or without a tenant.

Login with tenant

Insert into the fields on the login page the following parameters:

Username:  tenant/username or tenant/email address
Password:  the user's password

Login without tenant

Insert into the fields on the login page:

Username:  username or email address
Password:  the user's password

The 'Login' button only gets unlocked when Username and Password are filled.

Every installation supports multiple tenants. With these tenants, a company can support multiple areas that may contain separate companies/projects/processes in each tenant. Most commonly used is one tenant, who is typically set by default. Users can switch between all tenants, which they are participating in. Find more information about how to switch between tenants in chapter 'Tenant selection'.


Entering the system

On the first login, a brief introduction guide through the layout and explains where to find which content. After reading and following the guide, the user directly enters the dashboard, which contains an overview of current activities. Find more information about how to navigate in the system in the topic Navigation, and how users can do their everyday business in the chapter User Guide.


Leave the system

Clicking on the button 'Exit' in the upper right corner to exit the system. After leaving the system, the user will be redirected to the login page.
