SetStarterGroupByProcessVariableHandler

Description

The ActionHandler SetStarterGroupByProcessVariableHandler uses a process variable to set an arbitrary group as an instance starter. Thus all members of this group see this instance in their list 'My process instances'. This must be used on Node Enter.
