Description

This ActionHandler checks and assumes that an effort has been entered. Since effort only makes sense with one task, it is currently only useful to use this ActionHandler in conjunction with the https://tim-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/eng/pages/228461273 handler.

This value should correspond to the type of effort to be checked. The two options are FinanceEffort and TimeEffort. If both types are to be checked, the value must contain both values separated by a comma.
