Workflow Properties
When opening an active workflow from the Workflow Design overview, the Properties tab is displayed by default.
This page provides an overview of key workflow information, configuration options, and quick overview and access to the Process Model and Form.
General:
Contains the workflow’s core details, including its name, description, category, and workflow image. You can also add comments for the current version and configure external sharing options.

1 | Name | The name of the workflow (not editable). |
2 | Description | A brief explanation of the workflow’s purpose. |
3 | Name of category | Assign the workflow to an existing category or create a new one. |
4 | Workflow image | Upload an image to visually represent the workflow. |
5 | Comment to current version | Use this field to leave notes related to the current version. |
6 | External page - Allow sharing of instances | Generate shareable, read-only links for external viewing. |
Second column:
Provides settings to enable starting the workflow from an external web form, show or hide the form’s top bar, allow document uploads, manage mailbox integration for handling incoming emails and mandatory effort tracking.

8 | Mandatory efforts upon task completion | Require users to add efforts to complete tasks. Options are:

The link to access the external webform can be copied from the workflow overview, by clicking the 3-dot menu and selecting copy link.
