This guide will provide the user with the necessary information about designing a Form in the system with instructions and tools that are implemented in the system. The chapter about the Form Designer is divided into three segments. One will focus on the workflows, the second about designing a form and the third on publishing the workflow with the form.
Workflow View
After logging into the system the user can click on the pencil in the navigation bar on the left hand side to access the workflow repository. The user has access to all available workflows within his rights. A workflow consists of one form and one or more process models. Each process version can only be included in one workflow.
